The Estates Team supports the RNLI through providing lifesaving buildings and infrastructure that support our volunteers, house our equipment and support our lifesaving service.Some of the benefits
Your RoleAs the Construction Programme Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering specialist construction programmes to time, cost and quality, within Estates. Ensuring effective and standardised change management to achieve the RNLI’s multi year goals, objectives and strategic ambition with regards to land and property. Ensuring all works are delivered safely as a priority with a focus on sustainable lifecycle management.You will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
About YouYou’ll be a natural leader who is able to engage with all levels of the organisation, programme team of staff and/or volunteers, senior and external stakeholders. A skilled communicator who has the ability to ensure they are committed, motivated and work effectively together to deliver the functional strategy and plans.Has proven project management and programme management experience. Is highly organised with strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task while remaining calm and professional. Has excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve project issues, mitigate risks and make the appropriate recommendations in order to maximise the benefits of the Programme.To be considered as the Construction Programme Manager you will need:Essential:
