Our client is a top-tier national law firm, recognised for their excellence and expertise in the construction sector. Their Birmingham office is expanding, and they are seeking a talented and motivated 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join their well established non-contentious construction team.Role Overview:
As a Solicitor within this non-contentious construction team, you will provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of national non-contentious building, construction, and engineering work. You will collaborate with a broad spectrum of clients from both the employer and developer sides, ensuring their projects are legally sound from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Work with clients across the entire construction industry, including employers, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and suppliers.
Legal Advisory: Deliver expert advice on all facets of non-contentious construction law, helping clients navigate the complexities of their projects.
Documentation & Compliance: Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, and guarantees.

Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and write clearly and persuasively.
