Key Responsibilities: * Take a lead on all Construction related matters * Draft and negotiate supply agreements, procurement agreements, maintenance contracts and service agremets for solar and battery projects * Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes that may impact the business * Deliver occasional construction law-related training for relevant business stakeholders * Ensure all HSEQ rules and laws are being met Key Requirements: * Significant first-hand practical experience and knowledge of construction law matters * Experience in construction contracts and general commercial contracts * Expertiese in the NEC contract format is benefical * English Law Qualified Solicitor
