What will I be doing?

As the Concierge Team Leader, you will play a key role in facilitate the seamless flow of guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will lead a skilled team, setting the standard for exceptional service at our concierge desk. Your responsibilities will include:

·Lead a team of Porters to deliver outstanding service to all our guests at all times and in all circumstances

·Manage a 100-space car park and oversee the valet parking of these vehicles.

·Keep up to date with local restaurants, attractions and events and create training opportunities for the team to keep updated as well

·Provide supervisory assistance and administrative support, while always demonstrating a hands-on approach within all aspects of operations

·Ensure all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out

·Ensure that all Guest requests, inquiries and complaints are managed promptly and completely

·Monitor Guest satisfaction reports and implement actions to improve results

What are we looking for?

This position is for Australian residents only or applicants who have the legal right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship opportunities are not available.

·Previous supervisory experience within the hotel, leisure or retail sector

·Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone
