Job description
Our client, based in SE London, is looking for a Compliance Manager to work in their FM Team. You will provide the lead on all audit related matters, working to ensure Council property is fully compliant with statutory codes of practice. You will be responsible for setting, monitoring and reporting on compliance performance and you will lead on setting standards.You will make full use of your expert compliance knowledge to provide advice to teams across the authority working on multiple sites across the Borough. Within your skill set will be a good understanding of mechanical and electrical services. We are ideally looking for someone who is IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.We are looking for someone with a good general knowledge of a range of building types and uses. You will have gained experience within other Local Authorities and you will be confident working under your own direction as the role is fairly autonomous.The rate is £400/day (inside IR35) and the initial contract will be 3-6 months.
