About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. 

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Compliance Officer, you will provide FCP / SC advisory support to the key management stakeholders and Lines of Business (“LOB”) teams within the Group (collectively “stakeholders”) and have the opportunity to materially contribute and develop related frameworks.

  • Provide financial crime and sanctions related advisory support to the Group Chief Compliance Officer and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain the Group’s AML and CFT policies ensuring that the Group’s AML program complies with relevant global industry standards
  • Lead and develop the Group’s sanctions screening strategy and program
  • Support the Group Compliance Policy Framework concerning FCP / SC and screening processes
  • Contribute to development and deployment of relevant FCP / SC related training 
  • Advise on client and transaction related Financial Crime and Sanctions matters
  • Support New Business and Change Management initiatives

About You:

  • Strong working knowledge of EU / UK AML regulation and guidance, the USA PATRIOT Act and Bank Secrecy Act and global sanctions programs (including UN, OFAC, EU and UK Treasury programs)
  • Strong working knowledge of financial markets and alternative assets servicing industry
  • Proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience of interactions with senior levels of management
  • Excellent research skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, owning the issues and having the determination to follow tasks/issues through the resolution.
