Compliance AssistantTop UK law firm is hiring a Compliance Assistant to join their busy Risk & Compliance team in the City of London. This entry-level role would suit someone looking progress their compliance career and actively expand their knowledge and gain experience in the compliance field.

• Salary to £27,000
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

Compliance Assistant Duties:

• Answering AML queries from fee earners and other staff.
• Processing conflict search requests.
• Maintaining key spreadsheets.
• Prepare reports for the Compliance Manager using the in-house database.
• Supporting the Risk & Compliance Manager with various projects.
• Prepare agenda and any related documents for AML review meetings.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the intranet page.
• Provide admin support to the Head of Compliance and Risk.

Compliance Assistant Key Skills:

• Previous administrative experience gained from a professional services environment.
• A keen interest in compliance (previous exposure preferred but not essential).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
