Lifeway is seeking a Compensation & Total Rewards Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team! In this role, you will design and administer competitive compensation programs that attract, retain, and reward top talent for Team Lifeway. Your expertise in compensation management will ensure our programs align with market standards while supporting our mission to serve the church and advance the gospel. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, I/O Psychology, or a related discipline Master’s degree, preferred
