Job DescriptionHome Instead are Recruiting Care Staff throughout ScotlandWe are recruiting care staff to join our teams based in Perth and surrounding areas, whether you have many years experience or are looking to join the sector for the first time, we have training courses in place to suit everyone, providing development opportunities to excel within a career in care.The Role:

  • Providing companionship to the most vulnerable in our society.
  • Assisting with daily activities and outings
  • Building relationship’s with clients and there families.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm approximately.

Many opportunities to progress into senior roles – we have a fantastic development plan that provides support to go from Care Professional to Support Coordinator to Deputy Manager or even Registered Care Manager!

  • Driving: Your experience behind the wheel will be valuable as you travel between clients in the local area.
  • Beauty Therapy: Your nurturing skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in providing personal care.
  • Teaching: Your ability to educate and empower others will help clients take an active role in their care.
  • Admin Assistant: Your organizational skills and attention to detail will assist in recording and reporting visit information
