What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering personalised care to patients in their homes or community settings.
• Supporting individuals with chronic conditions, post-operative care, medication administration, and health education.
• Promoting health, independence, and well-being for patients.

Who We’re Looking For

• NMBI Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A full Irish driving license (essential for travel within the community).
