Job Title: Communications Specialist
Job Description
This position will be a hybrid position. Must be on site Tuesday-Thursday each week.
Description:
Design graphics and videos for PE’s communications team
Write effective messages for executives and the division
Accelerate collaboration across PE groups utilizing various platforms
Advance organizational and leadership communications capabilities
Trusted communications partner and coach across the organization
Responsibilities:
Create various graphics and videos to serve PE’s communications needs
Write compelling messages and stories for the PE divisions
Work with internal business partners (HR, Leadership, etc.) to ensure alignment with company policies
Execute communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team in an accurate and timely manner
Manage core communication channels and vehicles, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy, and messages
Strengthen employee engagement and advocacy of the PE brand and culture through targeted campaigns including: Consistency in branding and delivery; Evaluating the ongoing needs of the business to deliver the right communication via the right channel
As a content creator and thought leader, oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of internal website and other digital channels
Stay abreast of emerging communications trends and establish best practices
Create and/or facilitate Division Meetings.
