In this role, you will drive communications initiatives to position CBRE as the preeminent real estate thought leader in Singapore. Leveraging earned and owned media, digital and social channels, events, and internal communications channels, you will develop and curate messaging, contents, and plans.

Armed with strong media relations, you will identify opportunities to profile subject matter experts and work closely with them to deliver differentiated points of view on the real estate industry. You will also collaborate with relevant stakeholders to deliver internal communications to engage and connect with employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated communications strategies and plans – internal and external

  • Develop compelling messages, media releases, op-ed pieces, and speeches

  • Act as key media liaison to identify and facilitate media and speaking opportunities for business heads

  • Support and execute internal communications campaigns and activities for employee engagement initiatives

  • Develop and maintain communications and content calendars and pipelines

  • Support messaging and content development for social media and marketing materials

  • Support the maintenance and timely updates on the intranet and website content.

  • Prepare management reports on media coverage and social media engagement

  • Create, update, and manage SOPs, guidebooks, and other knowledge resources to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Collaborate on regional marcomms initiatives as required

Skills, Experience, and Attributes

  • Degree holder with minimum 6 years’ experience in Communications in a global organisation with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience developing and executing integrated campaigns

  • Real estate and B2B experience greatly preferred

  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to navigate a dynamic environment with competing priorities

  • Proven media, social media, and/or digital marketing experience

  • Solid project management experience owning impactful projects and getting the buy-ins of stakeholders.

  • Understanding of Singapore’s economic and real estate developments and trends

  • A positive can-do attitude and readiness to roll up the sleeves to get the job done

  • Team player

  • Ability to manage and work with stakeholders across diverse job functions and seniority levels
