Responsibilities

As a Corporate Communications Manager, Job duties include:

  • Identify and seize opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal communications, ensuring alignment with employee feedback and keeping senior leaders informed of strategies and messaging.

  • Participate in the design and execution of the company-wide communication strategy, supporting initiatives in philanthropy and sustainability.

  • Prepare, develop, and implement crisis communications to effectively manage potential challenges.

  • Maintain ownership of all communication platforms, including intranet sites, TV signage, and email systems. Manage the posting of content and handle the removal or archival of outdated materials.

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, analyzing employee engagement metrics such as usage and open rates.

Skills:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in communications or a related discipline.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing.

  • Advanced listening and analytical skills, with the ability to strategize based on insights.

  • Experience supporting leadership at all levels, flexibly shifting between strategic and tactical communication.

  • Demonstrated influencing capabilities, with a knack for capturing the voice of leaders and translating messages effectively.

  • Ability to write clearly and concisely under tight deadlines while maintaining adherence to company style guidelines.
