As a senior member of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
communications team, this position will support the universitys
enrollment management goals by contributing to communication, marketing
and outreach efforts to prospective students and their families, high
school and college counselors and other internal and external audiences.
This includes providing effective leadership and coordination in
planning and implementing strategies for email, direct mail, web, video,
digital advertising and social media campaigns. Primary objectives
include managing and coordinating all email projects and leading a team
of communications specialists who are responsible for creating dynamic,
engaging prospective student content. This position will contribute to
communication flow strategic planning, including analyzingCRMdata and
staying up to date on communications best practices for prospective
students; ensure copy and design align with Brand Management standards;
lead copy writing within the communications team and campus partners;
assist in executing social media campaigns; provide leadership in
carrying out special initiatives and other duties as assigned by the
leadership team. Supervisory responsibilities include project
management, assisting and providing guidance in the training of new
staff members and ongoing training and professional development for
existing staff members.
