Our nonprofit client in the environmental space is hiring for a temporary and fully remote Communications Coordinator. This contract is expected to last for at least 6 months. The Communications Coordinator implements communication and media tactics by providing general administrative and programmatic support to the department/team unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related Communications/Marketing experience. Experience in business writing or editing publications is highly preferred. Please today!

salary: $22 – $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Coordinates projects and manages a timeline

• Manages storage and distribution of media/communication materials

• Works with vendors/other parties to execute projects/deliverables

• Facilitate communications between various divisions/teams

• Maintain media contacts, write news releases, and respond to media requests and inquiries
