Communications Consultant in Melville, New York

Seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to work with a thriving healthcare organization on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant communications and engagement opportunities, evaluating their effectiveness.

• Develop and lead the implementation of an internal communications strategy, including tactics, activities, and materials.

• Support planning and execution of global company all-hands meetings.

• Participate in elaborating internal and external communications, such as videos, brochures, and promotional items.

• Coordinate and publish regular company-wide newsletters, interviews, and newsflashes.

• Equip managers to deliver messaging and communications to their team members.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or University Degree) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Public Relations, Education, Business, or Human Resources.
