We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a driven & self-motivated Team Leader to join our fast-paced Life Cycle Management team. Key tasks will include but not be limited to, providing a high level of administrative support and being the first point of contact for escalations, coordinating a group of highly qualified professionals and ensuring targets and deadlines are met accordingly and making sure standards and regulations are properly adhered to across the team.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

• A background in providing a high level of administrative and team support.

• Strong technical understanding of BMS and security products and solutions, and project excellent administration skills.

• Proven team leading experience with strong people management skills and the ability to meet critical targets and deadlines.

• Be able to coordinate team operations, delivery activities and control the execution according to the organisational guidelines.

• Ensuring adherence to public and regional standards and regulations are met.

• Be committed to customer excellence and seek opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.

The successful candidate will also have a desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction with a knowledge and drive to improve business operating efficiencies whilst attaining operational and customer related goals.
