We are currently seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join the talented kitchen brigade at Peaks Restaurant , located in the heart of the resort.
Bring your passion for exceptional food and service to life as you help create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests, perfectly complementing the natural beauty of our surroundings.
In this role you will be responsible for:

Food preparation

Following and executing recipes to the exacting standards of our kitchens

Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment

Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a similar role

Knowledge of workplace, health & safety procedures & food safety standards

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
-
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings and evenings.
