As one of Ireland’s largest insurance brokers, they provide insurance products and exceptional service to enhance the insurance journey. You will join a dedicated Personal Lines team that ensures the best outcomes and the opportunity to progress into other areas of the businessYour Responsibilities:
- Provide advice to existing and prospective clients.
- Process renewals and mid-term alterations for clients.
- Uphold the highest professional standards in delivering client services.
- Identify, acquire, and build new client relationships from existing opportunities.
- Proactively manage relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
- Effectively manage your workflow and plan activities for the future.
Your Experience & Skills:As the ideal candidate, you will:
- Experience: Minimum five years in commercial broking with strong technical/product knowledge.
- Qualifications: Meet Central Bank of Ireland requirements, hold a minimum CIP qualification, and adhere to CPD requirements.
- Tech Skills: Computer literate, Relay experience advantageous.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Professional Development: Demonstrate commitment with CIP examination success as a bonus.
- Team Player: Committed to assisting colleague’s development.
- Adaptability: Thrives in embracing change.
- Detail-oriented: Exhibits great attention to detail.
- Work Style: Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
