Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 – $22 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints along with building code specifications to determine work details and procedures.

• Fabricate, remodel and repair structures and frameworks using wood and other materials.

• Measure and cut wood or other materials by shaping and assembling the materials for structural use.

• Collaborate with general contractors and other construction professionals.

• Maintain safety practices at all times.

• Maintain a clean work environment.

• Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial carpentry preferred.

• Tools of trade and the ability to bring them onsite.

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work in variable weather (cold, heat, windy, etc)

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
