We work on a daily basis with the world’s leading online companies and social media platforms, providing cutting edge advice on new and complex legal matter. We regularly advise on topics at the intersection of law and new technology. The role will include the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts across all sectors, as well as business advisory work to assist clients comply with laws applying in the tech and digital space (eg. ecommerce, consumer protection, privacy, Digital Services Act).
