CNC Machinist(Permanent, Full-Time)HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?As a CNC Machinist, you will be expected to set, operate and edit programs for 3 & 5 axis milling centers using Heidenhain controls, operate die sinking EDM and wire EDM, as well as ability to operate CNC lathe.We machine small batches of bespoke high-end components, so we are looking for a proactive individual who has technical ability to read from drawings as well as understanding CNC programming.Key responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter and Operator using Heidenhain controls.
- Working within a low volume batch environment.
- Ability to read from drawings and assist programmers.
- Ability to run multiple machines.
- Understanding of Agie Charmilles Die Sinking EDM, EDM wire cut machines using FANUC controls, SolidWorks CAD & Solid CAM is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
