Job DescriptionSenior CMM InspectorPertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior CMM Inspector to join a lead manufacturing company based in Basingstoke. This is a full-time permanent position.Senior CMM Inspector Duties;
– Inspection of precision parts using measurement equipment and CMMs to ensure accuracy
– Carry out routine visual and dimensional inspection
– Participation in regular audits to maintain standards and preserve AS9100 certification
– Oversee the inspection team
– Ensuring all documentation is complete, actuate and stored appropriately
– Investigate any quality issues, work to resolve these and implement change to promote continuous improvement
– Support the wider management team and production staffSenior CMM Inspector Requirements;
– Advanced Apprenticeship or Higher Education Qualification in Engineering
– Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in CNC machining environment
– Managerial experiance
– Proficient in CMM programming
– Quality control preferably AS9100
– Considerable manual dexteritySenior CMM Inspector Role;
– Permanent Full Time – 40 hours a week
– Salary up to £38,000 per annum – depending on experiance
– Monday to Thursday: – 07:30 – 16:30, Friday: – 07:30 – 14:00
– Additional hours outside of the shifts may be required
– 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
