The Cluster Director of Marketing is a full time position and reports into the Complex General Manager and is responsible to lead and manage the Marketing Strategy for Marriott Docklands and AC Southbank Hotels

Position Summary:

• Lead the execution of marketing strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analyzing market information

• Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects

• Ensures the team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives, setting the pace in the industry

• Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring them

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Create and allocate marketing budget and expenses

• Creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications

• Conducting market research and up to date with latest trend

• Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values

• Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team

About You:

• Relevant experience in a similar managerial role

• Prior Marketing experience within the hospitality sector

• Working rights in Australia

• Passion for the industry
