Cloud Navigator Customer Adoption (JAPAC)

Role Charter:

To assist customers in the adoption of innovative digital capabilities via Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, to maximise business value and accelerate customer success in the cloud.

Role Description:

The role will help define the overall approach for customers to engage with Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, the use cases and scenarios in which it can add value to a customer implementation, aiming to lower the risk of the implementation failing to deliver the outcomes and value the customer is seeking to achieve.

An experienced leader who has held customer-facing roles with an understanding of implementing consulting solutions, industry best practices, business processes, Oracle technology cloud adoption, change management and a customer’s strategic requirements, which can be utilized in helping enhance Oracle Cloud Success Navigator.

20+ years of experience relevant to this position with Consulting/Customer success/Go to Market experience related to Fusion Applications, Technology and Industry solutions.

The role will require a baseline security clearance. The Australian government security betting agency will need to check your background and personal history for the previous five years. This period is longer for higher levels of security clearance. You must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Evangelize the use of Oracle Cloud Success Navigator platform with JAPAC customers and partners by showing the value of the platform across the entire cloud lifecycle, whilst working closely with the global teams to ensure a consistent and repeatable approach

  • Collaborate with JAPAC Consulting, CSM, other Oracle teams and partners in utilising Oracle Cloud Success Navigator to enable successful implementations, leading to a faster time to value for the customer and enhanced transparency between Oracle and its partners

  • Collaborate closely with corporate marketing and Oracle selling functions in JAPAC to leverage reach and amplify the value of Oracle Cloud Success Navigator

  • Provide input to the global development and management of customer surveys and feedback through direct consultation, focus groups and digital in-app surveys

  • Work closely with the Navigator, partner engagement, product management and engineering teams to provide direct customer and partner input into ongoing platform innovation and improvement

  • Recommend enhancements to Oracle Cloud Success Navigator to improve customer engagement and value realization of the cloud based on customer feedback, lessons learned and best practice recommendations to further optimize cloud customer transformations

  • Collaborate with JAPAC Partner / System Integrator enablement, go to market & success teams to ensure partners support and drive customer engagement and adoption of Oracle Cloud Success Navigator

  • Support the entire process of early phase engagement with JAPAC customers and partners using Oracle Cloud Success Navigator during their evaluation / buying process

  • Be the Navigator lead on specific JAPAC customer engagement programs, providing guidance and support to ensure they obtain maximum value and issues are addressed and managed to the customer’s satisfaction

  • Define what elements of customer data can be captured (strategy, solution architecture, business plans, KPIs and performance metrics, demo environments, etc) in Value Navigator for integration with Oracle Cloud Success Navigator

  • Continuously monitor competitive solutions, and work with Oracle Cloud Success Navigator product management to recommend enhanced features as well as develop selling and positioning collateral inclusive of competitive analysis

  • Partner with Corporate Marketing / Revenue Operations to define the Industry Sales Plays that need to be enabled via Oracle Cloud Success Navigator

  • Contribute to the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, it’s launch and on-going success

  • Be a thought leader for the futuristic vision for Oracle Cloud Success Navigator using AI & Automation for guidance & advisory for customers and partners

  • Be part of the Strategic Australian Government account team to understand the Tech Cloud adoption requirements to support the Sovereign Cloud

  • Recommend Tech Cloud training and enablement solutions to support the Cloud transformation of Strategic Australian Government Initiatives

  • Evangelize the Tech Cloud adoption solutions as required across all Strategic Australian Federal Government agencies as part of the one Oracle approach

Oracle Cloud Lifecycle Experience :

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Oracle Cloud Lifecycle

  • Knowledge of the Cloud Lifecycle elements and resourcing requirements from the initial engagement, scoping, design, configuration, testing, go-live and run and maintain

  • Experience with Cloud implementation methodologies and upgrade release lifecycle

Oracle Applications and Technology Experience:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Applications, Oracle Modern Best Practices, configuration, business change and integration, operating model design and implementation of SaaS Applications

  • Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Technology; OCI, Data migration, integration and reporting tools, AI, AMS services automation, process monitoring and optimization services and the deployment of cloud technology solution
