Clinical Research & Outcomes Specialist – Vocera ANZ in St Leonards, Australia

At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better – and we’re looking for a Clinical Research & Outcomes Specialist to join our Vocera team in Sydney . This is your opportunity to have a direct impact on advancing patient care through technology by conducting impactful research and building industry relationships.

As a Clinical Research & Outcomes Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of our Vocera software and hardware solutions. You’ll collaborate with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and industry experts to build a body of research that highlights the value of our products.

This is a 12-month Contract position with strong scope for future opportunities with Stryker.

What you’ll do:

• Lead research initiatives to demonstrate the ROI of Vocera’s software and hardware solutions.

• Establish and manage “reference site” hospitals that are current users of Vocera, showcasing the success and impact of our solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create industry advocates for Vocera.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Stryker to share insights, data, and results.

• Continuously evaluate industry trends and healthcare outcomes to refine our research strategy and ensure we remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in clinical research, outcomes analysis, or related healthcare field.

• Strong understanding of healthcare technologies, particularly in the context of software and hardware solutions.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage KOLs, hospital leadership, and clinicians.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• A passion for improving patient care and making a measurable impact on healthcare outcomes.
