Are you interested in joining a reputable, family-owned, Irish company led by nurses who prioritise both their clients and team members?Office Location: Limerick, IrelandWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse – RGN, RNID, with strong clinical skills to assist our Disability Services Manager in managing and developing our Residential, Respite, and Community Disability services. As a Clinical Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of care for Service Users living with disabilities in our community.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HIQA services, including participation in the referrals committee and conducting assessments for potential service users.
  • Oversee the health, medical history, and care plans of Service Users, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with residents, general practitioners, and other medical professionals regarding treatment plans.
  • Manage medication administration protocols and conduct Medication Audits as required.
  • Support the delivery of Community services, collaborating with the clinical team to oversee care planning and ongoing management.
  • Assist in operational support activities, including workforce planning and representing Communicare at stakeholder meetings.
  • Keep informed of relevant legislation and ensure compliance in service delivery.
  • Provide training to staff
  • Liaising with multi-disciplinary team pre and post discharge in conjunction with the Disability Manager to ensure effective protocols, communications, and relationships between families, HSE and relevant stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RNID) with substantial clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to work independently.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to person-centred care.
  • Full/Clean Driving Licence and willingness to travel to client locations.
