Job description

Senior Clinical Litigation Solicitor Vacancy with a state body.This organisation operates a hybrid working policy with a requirement of two days on-site in Dublin 1 per week. This is non-negotiable.

A minimum of 8 years’ post qualification experience in personal injuries litigation arising from clinical care. Experience of cerebral palsy and catastrophic injuries litigation is required.The successful senior solicitor will join a collegiate and hard working team where you will:

• Assist and support to the head of clinical litigation, as required.
• Manage a designated portfolio of complex clinical litigation files and/or inquest files.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Provide advice on ancillary matters on request.
• Keep up to date on relevant areas of law and practice.
