Complete oversight of budget and resource allocation for the assigned programs. Drives operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing across the function. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective strategies.Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the development and execution of clinical development plans for assigned projectsPerform thorough analysis of clinical data and communicate findings to colleagues within the companyCollaborate with essential team members to develop and carry out clinical trialsProvide medical expertise and guidance throughout the drug development processMaintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standardsStay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and incorporate them into development strategiesRequirements:MD or equivalent medical degree is required in addition to advanced knowledge and clinical training in with expertise in infectious diseasesClinical practice experience 4 years (including residency) and board certification preferred
