We have 3 positions available, 2 are permanent and 1 is a max term 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Sales and Account Management team, you’ll be part of our Customer Success team and manage digital campaigns for SMBs across a broad range of Industries

  • Have regular calls, manage reporting and build long-lasting relationships with customers

  • Collaborate with Trading teams to improve campaign performance, make recommendations to achieve campaign goals

  • Closely monitor campaign performance and identify potential campaign issues in a timely manner

  • Keep up to date on News Xtend’s suite of products, provide customer solutions to Sales teams to drive future business

  • Involvement in various team projects

Who are you?

  • Excellent written & presentation skills

  • Ability to handle customer concerns, strong problem-solving skills and quickly build rapport

  • Positive, can-do attitude to deliver across multiple deadlines in fast paced environment

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business

  • Comfortable following detailed workflow processes

  • Previous experience within digital is preferred
