You will be focused on developing the growth of Sogeti’s offerings within your portfolio while also be responsible for commercial and contractual negotiations. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers. To thrive in this role, you will keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs. This position will regularly liaise with technical colleagues, presenting comprehensive proposals for projects that leverage the technical strengths of the group overall.With Ireland being the fastest growing country in the Sogeti group, your commitment to further growth and success of our business should be strong and you should have a proven track record of exceeding on goals.Key responsibilitiesClient Relationship Management

  • Listening to your clients, being curious about their business, developing a deep understanding of their industry’s challenges and opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with clients.
  • Working with clients to understand their initiatives and building relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sogeti services to provide best in class solutions in response.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction across your portfolio of accounts through regular engagement with each client.
  • Be the point of contact for client issues, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Account Planning

  • Developing account plans for each key client by documenting the client’s initiatives, aligning these with a vision and set of goals for the client, detailing strategies to meet the client’s needs, projecting Sogeti revenues and client value delivered.
  • Developing and executing on close plans for each key opportunity to work collaboratively with your client and internal teams to deliver extreme business value for your client.

Execution

  • Ownership of the execution of account plans via close plans that build pipeline and define our forecast for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including delivery and technical teams to ensure that the client’s expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Meeting and exceeding company targets for total contract value and contribution margin.

Negotiation and close

  • Expertly manage a complex sales cycle, including contract and commercial negotiations through to opportunity booking and invoicing.

Forecasting

  • Maintain your opportunities within the CRM application, ensuring a high quality of data hygiene to support accurate forecasting

Sales Opportunities

  • Generate demand to identify and pursue upselling and cross opportunities within your portfolio of accounts, maximising revenue from existing clients.

Skills & RequirementsRequirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 6+ years proven experience in account management or a related field
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the IT services industry, demonstrating proficiency in various IT service offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all buyer personas (individual contributor to C-level)
  • Client-focused with a dedication to client satisfaction
  • Adaptability and proactive approach
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
