Job description
Does the idea of being one of the first hires in a growing Corporate Services entity in Ireland sound interesting? A hugely successful Global Business is expanding it’s services in Ireland to include Structured Finance and Aviation Leasing.The firm is highly successful in these business lines and the right person for this role will have the opportunity to build the business from the ground up and grow their career as the business expands in Ireland.This is a hybrid role and can be based out of either Ennis or Dublin.The Job
- Support onboarding of new business and migration of existing business onto the new platform.
- Support the preparation of IFRS and GAAP reporting for Structured Finance and Aviation entities.
- Engage in Corporate Governance activities and lead on key reporting and filing deadlines.
- Support reporting to regulators, tax filings, and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Develop strong relationships internally, with clients, and with third-party providers
