Key Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of client priorities and strategies to deliver maximum value.
• Work closely with Partners and Client Teams to foster a winning culture around key clients and targets.
• Support the business planning process for designated Key Accounts.
• Lead the implementation of best-in-class client development practices within key industries and accounts.
• Keep the team informed with relevant industry news and events, encouraging knowledge sharing and networking.
• Promote a feedback-driven culture across the company through client experience initiatives.
• Contribute to defining and executing sector growth strategies.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Significant experience (minimum 5+ years) in business development within a law firm or similar professional services organisation.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies with proven application.
• Proven success in generating revenue through new relationships and developing account/sector strategies.
• Expertise in managing multiple senior stakeholders effectively.
• Solid grasp of data analytics and data models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
