Job Description & Summary Our Client Administration – Practice Support team supports PwC related to project organisation, finance system control and electronic administration. You’ll help our team with project planning, client communications, financial administration, budget preparation and data entry risk administration.

A Client Account Administrator (CAA) within our Banking, Insurance & Aviation Team works as a key team member on client assignments and projects in Assurance, and delivers professional project, administrative, finance and research work. The CAA will act as a key communication point between members of staff and partners on the team, and with the client directly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Financial Management:

Undertakes management of all financial procedures relating to engagement time and expense costs and billing.

Manages all client fee approvals and billings process.

Prepares budgets , monitors project costs and expenses.

Administration:

Manages own and client documents effectively.

Manages the administrative side of certain engagement procedures (such as Risk management onboarding, Independence, confirmations, inter- office instructions and reports).

Manages and maintains all team trackers.

Provides support with proposals and client onboarding procedures.

Project Management:

Organises calendar of team and client meetings and conference calls; collates and distributes agendas, minutes and actions where required.

Co-ordinates and assists in preparation of materials for negotiations/proposals/presentations/project deliverables.

Manages staffing and facilities required for the project and the team.

Creates, develops and monitors project plans, and suggests solutions to issues encountered (time management, resources, budgetary constraints, etc.)

Utilises our digital suite to create trackers and monitor progress and deadlines.

Research:

Review and research PwC and Global policies and procedures and act as a subject matter champion for the team, with a particular focus in the following areas; Risk management, Independence, client service approvals and PwC data and financial systems.

Updates team on relevant business and industry news and issues.

Collates and analyses information from a wide range of sources for distribution to team

Requirements:

Has undertaken a course of study at third level however, a degree is not essential.

Prior work experience (ideally from an administrative/analytical background within corporate/professional services environment).

Candidates with a degree require at least 1-2yrs work experience, candidates without a degree require at least 3-5 yrs work experience.

Self starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines; proactively identifies and suggests possible project strategy improvements.

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels within PwC and within the client’s organisation.

Experience of analysing financial or statistical data and is numerate and analytical, takes pride in delivering accurate and thorough work.

Proficient in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Proven organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possesses excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment.
