Do you enjoy leading a team and providing excellent customer service?ISS is currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to work in a high-profile government building in Canary Wharf, London (E14). This is a great opportunity to make an impact within an award-winning team and play an active role in the mobilisation process.As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.The Role

• Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the work schedule
• Respond courteously to customer and management requests
• Use a time and attendance system to record working hours
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
• Manage team performance
• Develop positive working relationships between the cleaning team and other service lines
• Supervise all cleaning staff, focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
• Ensure that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building
• Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them
• Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
• Ensure all cleaning is implemented as per cleaning schedule

• Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
• Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Strong leadership skills
• Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
