  • Oversee afternoon & evening operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shift
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure the highest standards of work activity both from self and the team
  • Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other shift managers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts

About You

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do hands-on attitude to the role
  • Full UK driving licence, held for 12 months
