Cleaning Manager 

Salary : €45,000 – €55,000 

Location : Dublin 8

Monday – Friday with some weekend work required on occasion

As a Cleaning Manager at Sodexo based at our client site in Dublin 8, you will play a key role in ensuring that our cleaning services run smoothly, delivering exceptional standards every day.

Leading a team of dedicated cleaners, you’ll organise daily operations, conduct quality checks, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the site.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the cleaning of offices, gyms, production areas, and common areas to ensure they meet high standards.
• Manage and coordinate cleaning programs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks, record results, and handle maintenance issues effectively.
• Organise and supervise periodic cleaning tasks, ensuring completion and proper record-keeping.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team, creating a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with client representatives to address specific needs and concerns.
• Manage equipment, materials, stock levels, and assist with HR processes, including training and risk assessment.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in a similar cleaning management role.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage with all levels within the business.
• Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).
• Excellent organisational skills with a focus on detail and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
