Company: Guy CarpenterDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Support Services team at Guy Carpenter. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.In the role of Senior Reinsurance Broker (Claims) you will support all teams within Client Support Services (CSS UK) by engaging in face-to-face broking with various London-based reinsurers. Your primary focus will be on securing Pro-Rata account and Excess of Loss (XOL) claims agreements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with both the technical teams and reinsurers to address any queries, ensuring timely and effective agreements.This position is crucial for maintaining strong relationships and facilitating smooth communication between all parties involved.We will count on you to:Be a single point of escalation for the technical teams when a market-facing visit is necessary to secure agreements. You will coordinate and chair regular meetings with reinsurers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
