Job Title: Civils Site Manager – Water Infrastructure Projects
Location: Tramore, Waterford & Southeast
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €60,000–€70,000+ (DOE)
Benefits: Company Vehicle & Fuel Card, CPD Support, External Courses/CertificationsAbout the Role:A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a major water infrastructure project in Tramore, Co. Waterford. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage essential infrastructure works, including pipeline installation, drainage, and associated civils works. The company has a strong pipeline of projects across the Waterford and Southeast region, ensuring long-term career stability and development.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders, including Irish Water and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all HSQE regulations and site safety protocols.
• Manage site documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and labour tracking.
• Supervise key civil works, including trenching, pipe laying, drainage, and reinstatement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in a Site Management or Senior Site Engineering role.
• Strong background in water infrastructure, utilities, or public works projects.
• Experience working with Irish Water is highly advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as Location of Underground Services, SLG, Managing Safely in Construction are desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage site teams.
• Full Irish driving licence required.

Salary & Benefits:

• €60,000 – €70,000+ (DOE).
