A Civil Litigation Legal Secretary position has arisen with a Legal 500 firm based in its Worcester office.Our client is a full service, well-established law firm and is now recruiting an additional legal secretary to join its expanding civil litigation department. You will join a friendly, supportive firm which offers a commitment to your development.About the Role:As a Legal Secretary, you’ll provide professional secretarial support to the fee earners. Key responsibilities include:

• Audio dictation and word processing
• Diary and file management
• Regular client and third-party interactions
• General administrative duties

About You:The ideal candidate will be a reliable and proactive team player with:

• Proven secretarial experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in ICT and strong attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
