Civil EngineerPermanent Role. Salary 40-55k DOE.Due to an accelerated growth phase our client a Lead Design Consultancy have an opportunity for a Civil Engineer with Irish experience to join their team.The successful person will be working closely with senior staff on the design of drainage, water and roads networks, flood assessment, mitigation measures, and traffic assessments.Requirements/Education:

• Honours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a design office environment.
• A solid understanding of the engineering principles behind drainage, water, roads and traffic system design.
• IT skills – including MS Word, Excel, basic AutoCAD skills + company design software packages.
• Understanding of the Irish regulatory and policy issues.
• Commitment to CPD and competence, working towards chartership.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Knowledge of costing and options appraisal
