• Only work 15 weekends a year
• 19:30 finish
• 11 weeks off each Academic Year
• 2 weeks off over Christmas
• Early and Late shifts change every half term

Reporting to the Sous Chef and Chef Manager, as a member of the team you’ll prepping, cook and serving over 1200 meals a day. The meals provided on site are of a fine dining quality, so you’re expected to be conversant with craft skills and creative in design and presentation of the finished product.
