• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration with team members.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency in every dish served.
• Oversee food safety and hygiene practices within the kitchen environment.
• Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and seasonal items.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring necessary ingredients are available.
• Assist in the planning of daily and weekly kitchen tasks with an emphasis on efficiency and productivity.

Essential Qualifications:

• Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent practical experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant setting.
• Experience working with a variety of cuisines and cooking styles is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sections efficiently and collaborate with kitchen staff effectively.
