Job Title: Channel Marketing Customer Lifecycle Manager
Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract initiallyWhat you’ll do:

  • As the Channel Marketing CLM, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our channel marketing efforts with client’s resellers and distributors in EMEA. Using your expertise in customer insights & journeys, product strategies, data and automation, you will oversee the development and maintenance of automated retention, migration and upsell journeys. This includes full journey development, data analysis, content creation, agency briefings, partner enablement, campaign automation, performance tracking and reporting.
  • You will be responsible for managing the CLM journey based on clear data points that reveal opportunities for growth with our installed base and partners. In addition, you will track migration ratios, report on campaign performance, and highlight the contributions of our partners, geographies, and segments. You will also oversee the setup and management of channel campaign operations using a range of tools, and collaboration with agencies.

What you need to succeed:

  • With a customer centric approach and your ability to scope out and build customer journeys, creative campaigns, and performance optimization you will ensure that our digital marketplace journey is optimized for partner & customer experiences. In addition, you will successfully build, launch and manage creative renewal and nurture streams for both the Document Cloud and Creative cloud business. You will represent the CLM performance and planning in regular business and marketing updates keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, making you a vital contributor to the success of the B2B Marketing team.

Job requirements:

  • 3-5 years of mid to senior level experience in a similar role
  • Strong analysis skills with a deep understanding of data
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping
  • Proven track record in managing agencies and leading creative briefings
  • Hands-on experience in channel marketing
