Mitie Catering Supervisor @ B&Q Swindon Distribution Centre SN3 4QS25 Hours Sun – FriRate of Pay £12.22 per hourWe are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team.The main tasks and responsibilities of this role will be to liaise with the kitchen, open/close of business, stock controls, front of house/bar ordering, and effectively being the face of our catering brand at a customer site. The role holder will undertake any other duties that may be required for the effective operation of the site, including cash collection and banking.You’ll need to have flexibility to work at several different outlets onsite as required. You’ll be passionate about providing an excellent service to our customers.You should have high standards and an eye for detail. Hard working, energetic and confident, we’re looking for candidates with excellent organisational and time management skills. Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential as full development and training will be provided.The ideal candidate would have a previous catering experience within a similar environment. You must have supervisory experience and an appropriate level of numeracy/literacy/communication skill to perform role duties. You should be able to work well in a team or under your own initiative, and flexible to take on different tasks as and when required.
