We will invest in your development with ongoing training, to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge to thrive in your role, and we guarantee a good work-life balance, because we believe that people excel when they are given the space to take care of themselves.If you are a catering supervisor experience who is enthusiastic and thrives in a harmonious and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you!Job DescriptionBasic food preparation & cleaning duties & assisting with hospitalityTo participate and direct staff in the cleaning of the catering areas, ensuring compliance with food safety policyTo adhere to relevant Health & safety & hygiene legislation /guidelines ensuring hazards are controlled accordinglyTo take cash from sales & perform operating duties to associated with tillTo perform daily cash analysis of takings, complete finance records & banking proceduresTo take weekly closing food stocks in unitAssisting with free issue & hospitality back up & invoicing & closing out the weekAssisting with getting cover when manager is awayQualifications
- Ideally have experience working within catering business
- Have good Health & Safety knowledge
- Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused
- Fun and enthusiastic
- Have excellent organization skills
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Be a team player, and enjoy succeeding as a team
- Possess great customer service skills
- Have a flexible approach to work
