Experience in large scale catering, preferably within NHS would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Good communication skills are essentialDesirable for current Food Hygiene Certificate, or essential to complete with the first 3 months of employment.
