Job description

Upkeep, maintenance and litter control of the complex daily; Prepare rubbish bins for collection; Washing of floors of communal areas indoors; Upkeep and cleaning of any equipment; Power washing all outdoor areas, regularly throughout the year; Ensure manholes and drains/chutes are clear at all times; Clean external including grounds, roads and pathways; General upkeep of all green areas and flower beds including grass cutting, planting and pruning; Undertake small general duties/ maintenance in the childcare facility and entire building; Deal with small maintenance issues e.g. carpentry – fix a chair; Work as part of the team; Brush and mop floors daily, complete buffering of floors weekly; General indoor cleaning or windows, sills, glass viewing panels, dusting; Communicate effectively with team members and management; Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
