Salary: £12 per hour.
Contract: Full time, 35 hours per week. Shift pattern includes long days and Overnight Support shifts may also be included. The house is an open, bright and homely environment designed to accommodate people with varying support needs. The team consists of approximately 15 personal assistants that work together as a team to deliver professional, compassionate and person centred care to each person.A typical day consists of supporting people to get ready, this will involve full personal care and supporting them to carry out their every day activities. Your day would be varied: attending health appointments, going shopping or out for a local walk. No day is the same and this role requires someone who is flexible and dynamic in their approach to working as part of the team.What Daniel, Craig, Grace, Jason & Cameron are looking for:We are looking for an enthusiastic, fun and sociable person who can help support us with a wide range of individual activities to access and achieve. This includes swimming, walking, going out and about in our local area and further afield for days out and short break holidays. We also require support with all household chores, cooking, cleaning and paying bills.We are looking for someone who can work as part of the team and on their own initiative. To understand and be able to promote individuals choice and support our complex health needs with confidence and professionalism. A willingness to undertake required training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills required for the role.That is why we need you!
