Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
Accurately input and update customer information in the database.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Strive to meet or exceed quality and performance targets.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
